Good running shoes? Run about 5 miles a day on treadmill and pavement?
I now have nike shox which give me HORRIBLE shin splints. I know running shoes are on an individual basis but I was just looking for some info on what shoes most people like to run in under the same or similar conditions that I do. Any input is greatly appreciated!
thanks everyone for the answers, and “BTW” “RunningCoach” or whatever you are F*CK you if you think it’s a horrible question why did your dumb as$ click on it. FU

will a treadmill prevent me from getting shin splints?
will a treadmill prevent me from getting shin splints if i havent exercised too much and then suddenly increased my exercise amount
i’m on the track team and didnt usually run too much before, so i was wondering if running on a treadmill where there’d be shock absorption would help?
i already have a shin splint on my left leg
Please tell me if its SHIN SPLINTS or STRESS FRACTURE?
Recently I added quite a bit mileage too fast. Since then my shins mostly my left shin has been killing me. Not only during runs but going down stairs and normal day walking. During my runs and at night is when the pain is most unbarable. I often feel tingley sensations go up my leg, and my leg is tight feeling especially first step out of bed. It hurts to the touch and causes me to cut most of my runs short and/or slow wayyy down because i just can’t stand the pain. Ibuprophin doesn’t seem to do any good either. Do I have shin splints or a stress fracture?
